#1 Determining your leg shape type


To start this step, stand straight with your legs closed, then pay attention to your thighs, knees, calves, and ankles.


There are four types of leg shapes:


1. Bow-legged shape

Distance between thighs: Normal

Distance between knees: 3-5 cm (or more)

Distance between calves: 2-3cm


2. Knock-kneed shape

1. Bow-legged shape


Suitable for:

- High-ankle boots

- High heels

- Heels slingback

- Martin boots


Not suitable for:

- Thigh-high boots

- Loafer shoes

- Tod’s shoes


2. Knock-kneed shape


Suitable for:

- ­Thigh-high boots

- Chelsea short boots

- Oxford shoes

- Loafer shoes


Not suitable for:

- Martin shoes

- Sandals


3. False curvature


Suitable for:

- Pointy-toe heels (Thick heels)

- High-ankle boots

- Heels slingback


Not suitable for:

4. Normal legs
